Constanța city plan in 1932. The perimeter of the town included only the peninsular area of the municipality. Viile Noi and Anadolchioi neighborhoods were villages. Bd. Tomis was called Str. Charles I [Planul orașului Constanța la 1932. Perimetrul localității cuprindea numai zona peninsulară a municipiului. Cartierele Viile Noi și Anadolchioi erau sate. Bd. Tomis se numea Str. Carol I].
