A bilingual work (Turkish and Romanian), which refers to the Dobrudja space from a cartographic point of view, over a period of time between 16th - 19th centuries. The whole work focuses on identifying and transliterating the toponymy present in the maps. A series of toponymic categories are mentioned that were the basis of the whole Dobrudja toponymic treasure from that period, the Ottoman nomenclature being adapted to the local conditions from all points of view: settlement geography, political-administrative geography, anthroponomy, toponymy. It is aimed at researchers, students and the general public.
