  • Annotation Planurile și prospectele cetății Hârșova în arhive străine (original title). The paper deals with a less studied aspect in history of Dobrudja of the 15th–19th centuries, that of the evolution of the Ottoman fortifications. The analysis of the issue of the location of the fortresses and fortifications made by the Ottomans on the territory of Dobrudja allowed, in recent years, an extensive documentation, having as main objective the deepening of the bibliography, of the archaeological research, study and interpretation of historical sources, including cartographic ones. Documents from the Kyiv and Moscow archives were used. It is aimed at researchers, students and the general public.
