The author, an engineer who worked for almost 40 years on the construction of the modern port of Constanța, dedicated several volumes to him, in which he reflects the stages of its constitution. The second volume is dedicated to the engineer L. Erbiceanu (1876-1936), a student of Anghel Saligny, later also good friends, who was commissioned by Ion I.C. Brătianu with the modernization of the port of Constanța in a period of crisis, a task completed with great success. It is aimed at researchers, students and the general public.
