The author presents the evolution of Constanța between 1918 -1948. To recreate the image of the city and his inhabitants, the author uses archival funds from Constanța Town Hall (1878-1950), Constanța Cadastral Inspectorate Fund (1882-1949), Constanța County Prefecture Fund (1897-1950), Constanța County School Inspectorate Fund (1919-1951) and General Administrative Inspectorate Fund (1941-1950).
It is aimed at mostly the researchers, students and also to the general public.
